MLCCs ideal for high-frequency applications and antenna matching

Würth Elektronik WCAP-CSRF High-Frequency MLCCs available from RS Components, features a 0.2pF to 33pF capacitance range and a 25VDC to 50VDC voltage rating, depending on the model. They offer a temperature coefficient of +/-30ppm/C and 10GOhm insulation resistance rating.

These MLCCs consist of an NPO Class 1 ceramic construction and operate in the -55C to +125C temperature range.

The devices are supplies in sizes 0201/0402 and termination Cu/Ni/Sn.
