C&K Hirel connectors series MDMA and MDMB, available now from TTI Europe, are high-performance, micro-miniature connectors that are ESA-qualified for space applications (MDMA) and for space engineering model, avionics, military, medical and industrial applications (MDMB).
The space model is compliant to ESCC specifications 3401/077, connectors and 3401/078 removable crimp contacts. The devices are compatible with ESCC 3401/029 MDM connectors, 3401/041 savers, 3401/032 accessories and 3401/087 backshells.
Both versions have the special feature of removable contacts which enable the customer to build their own cable harness with suitable cable length. Different sizes available are 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37 and 51 ways.
Suitable for use in space, and high-performance defence/aerospace applications; and board to board, board to cable or cable to cable applications.
