LNAs offer excellent broadband flat gain performance

To satisfy the challenging demands of cellular LTE and 5G NR infrastructure applications, Skyworks has launched the SKY67183-396LF and SKY67189-396LF low noise amplifiers. These LNAs offer ultra-low-noise figure, outstanding linearity, and run over an extensive range of frequencies.

The internal active bias circuitry provides stable performance over temperature and process variation.

To decrease PCB board space, these devices are housed in an ultra-compact 2mm x 2mm plastic surface mount package.

The LNAs are ideal for 2G/3G/4G/5G TDD and FDD infrastructure applications, including small cell, massive MIMO, and macro base stations.
