Zener diodes offer low leakage current and excellent stability

The New Vishay PLZ-Series 500mW Zener Diodes, available now from TTI Europe, saves PCB Space with the New Low-Profile MicroSMF eSMP Series Package. Consolidating extremely tight voltage tolerances with low leakage current and exceptional stability, the series is intended to withstand ESD pulses of 8000V (human body model), save PCB space, and increase pick-and-place speed for assembly lines.

These silicon planar Zener diodes are provided in ultra-small in a low profile MicroSMF package. The series offers high temperature soldering at 260C/10s at terminals and is wave and reflow solderable.

The series is also available as AEC-Q101 qualified, and Base P/N-G3 - RoHS-compliant, green, industrial grade, Base P/N-HG3 - RoHS-compliant, green, AEC-Q101 qualified, ESD immunity acc. IEC 61000-4-2 acc. to part table, and surge performance acc. to part table.
