Analog Devices AD567xR digital-to-analog converters are low-power, 12-bit and 16-bit buffered voltage output DACs, functioning from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage range. Providing broad operating ranges and high relative accuracy, the 16-channel DACs are excellent for a variety of applications, including industrial automation, base station power amplifiers, optical transceivers, data acquisition systems, and process control.

The DACs provide reliable low-power performance, including a power-down mode that lowers current consumption to only 2μA. The DACs also offer a power-on reset circuit, which assures that the output powers up to and holds at zero-scale/mid-scale until a valid write. The highly integrated converters are accommodated in a compact, 4mm x 4mm 28-lead LFCSP package. Providing 1.8V logic compatibility and a user-selectable gain pin, the DACs deliver simplified implementation and enable developers to swiftly start to work on industrial solutions.
