High-power cable assemblies from Molex offer discrete and over-moulded cables, ranging from 6 to 12 AWG, and deliver medium to high-voltage options, ranging from 300V to 600V. These assemblies are available now from TTI Europe.
The assemblies provide UL-approved discrete wires, with pin-to-pin mapping from receptacle to PCB header. The EXTreme Guardian System provides 80A per blade and EMI/RFI shielding. These assemblies provide power blades rated up to 60A.
The Mega-Fit Discrete Wire and Overmolded Cable Assemblies are standard products, assembled in ISO/TS16949-certified facilities. The connectors deliver a 23A current rating and premium housing features.
Typical uses for these products include automotive, consumer, data/computing, home appliance, industrial, industrial automation, and telecommunications/networking applications.
