CUI Devices’ Thermal Management Group has expanded its Peltier module product line adding micro Peltier modules. Providing compact package sizes with dimensions from 3.4mm to 9.5mm and profiles as low as 1.95mm, these modules provide reliable solid-state construction, precise temperature control, and quiet operation for space-constrained designs where forced air cooling is not an option.
The single-stage thermoelectric coolers feature temperature deltas of 77C (Th=50C), Qmax ratings from 0.2W to 4.7W (Th=50C), current ratings from 0.7A to 3.4A, and voltage ratings from 0.5V to 3.9V. Several models offer gold plated metallised faces appropriate for solder mounting.
