New family of high-efficiency power amplifiers

Skyworks has introduced a complete family of high-efficiency power amplifiers created for the stringent demands of enterprise small cell radios.

These devices provide wide instantaneous bandwidth with high gain and are fully input/output matched. Active biasing circuitry is integrated to compensate for PA performance over temperature, voltage and process variations. Providing a compact 5mm x 5mm package, the SKY663xx-11 family of PAs is excellent for 5G systems operating from 2.3GHz to 5GHz.

The range includes the SKY66312-11 - 2300 to 2400 MHz High-efficiency Power Amplifier; SKY66317-11 - 2496 to 2690 MHz High-efficiency Power Amplifier; SKY66318-11 - 3300 to 3600 MHz High-efficiency Power Amplifier; SKY66318-21 - 3300 to 3700 MHz High-efficiency Power Amplifier; SKY66319-11 - 4400 to 5000 MHz High-efficiency Power Amplifier; and SKY66320-11 - 3600 to 3800 MHz High-efficiency Power Amplifier.
