Rigid embedded dipole antennas with Wi-Fi 6 support available now

Mouser now stocks the W63RPC1 rigid embedded dipole Wi-Fi 6 antennas from Linx Technologies.

The company's antennas provide Wi-Fi and WLAN performance in the 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands supporting Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E. These rigid antennas provide a ground plane-independent, dipole embedded antenna solution comparable in performance to an external antenna.

The antennas employ an adhesive backing to easily mount in plastic enclosures while still providing an environmentally sealed enclosure. This also gives protection from tampering or accidental antenna damage. These antennas are compact and low profile, measuring 42mm x 11mm x 1.3mm. These antennas connect to radios by a 1.13mm coaxial cable terminated in a U.FL type, MHF4 type, or cut cable for direct solder.

Applications include sensing and remote monitoring, IoT devices, and smart home networking.
