Mouser now stocks the AS6221 digital temperature sensor from ams.

The digital temperature sensor comprises a silicon bandgap temperature sensor, an analog-to-digital converter, and a digital signal processor. The 1.5mm x 1mm sensor features a high measurement accuracy of ±0.09C in the 20C to 42C range, as well as a low typical operating power consumption of only 6µA.

The sensor is intended to be employed in applications where high measurement accuracy is needed, such as measuring skin temperature, as well as other mobile and battery-powered applications.
