Comprehensive portfolio of VCOs cover broad frequency bands

This new series of coaxial packaged VCOs comprises 15 models that cover broad frequency bands and display excellent tuning linearity, phase noise and harmonic suppression performance. These products are valuable as signal sources in phase-locked loop circuits, frequency synthesisers and function generators. They are excellent for signal conversion applications in transceiver circuits, and test and measurement.

These new VCOs have output power ranging from 0dBm to +9dBm, cover wide frequency bands extending from 230MHz to 5420MHz, provides excellent phase noise performance as low as -110dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset, and include internal voltage regulation and reverse DC protection. These rugged, MIL-grade, aluminium, compact coaxial packages are intended for high reliability and satisfy a series of environmental conditions for vibration, altitude, shock and humidity.
