New RJ modular jack line for common applications

Stewart Connector, a Bel group company, has announced its new Essential RJ modular jack line.

This new line of modular jacks offers an attractive solution for many applications and footprints. These modular jacks support the transmission of 100Mbps signals aimed at hubs, switches, and routers. This line of modular jacks incorporates both right angle and vertical thru-hole mounted options for four, six, and eight-position unshielded modular jacks. The RoHS compliant modular jacks offer 15 micro-inches of gold plating in the contact mating area, in contrast to competitive models that provide gold flash plating.
