It has been manufacturing D-Sub connectors for over 25 years, consistently developing and expanding the portfolio offered, including the acquisition of the TMC D-Sub product family from ERNI, a provider of high-performance solutions on the cable side and PCB side.

For a well-known manufacturer of high-precision handling systems, the appropriate contacts were chosen from the modular system of its D-Sub range with multiple stamping and injection moulding tools for various connection types, and modifications to insulators with an increase in air gaps and creepage distances were implemented, which now give the customer a solution that satisfies their demanding needs.

The company offers a customised press-fit D-sub with a special installation height of 5.7mm and special colour for a leading manufacturer of high-quality hospital communication products. The customer received a customised solution by modifying an insulator to the lower installation height requested by the customer together with the special housing colour for their application and selecting the matching press-fit contact.

For an innovative manufacturer of energy storage systems, a secure self-locking cable-cable connection that may be repeatedly locked and unlocked in seconds was created for the interlinking of energy storage racks in a rack system using the company's innovative Quick Lock push-pull quick-locking system. Also, a modification to the housing allows simple, quick wall mounting. Thanks to its UL-certified cable assembly with pre-assembled cables for direct installation in the rack system, it could implement a cost-efficient complete solution for the customer.
