New circular cable assemblies extend product line

CUI Devices' Interconnect Group has introduced new circular cable assemblies to its cable assemblies portfolio. Offered in M12 connector types, the CDM12 family provides a variety of male or female plug versions and contact position options of 3, 4, 5, 8, and 12 pins. These M12 cables are A coded to support 1Gbit Ethernet and have IP67 ratings to deal with extreme environments in industrial and factory automation applications. They are also created to mate with its existing M12 circular connectors providing male or female jack versions.

Offering cable lengths of 1, 2, or 3m with wire gauges from 26 to 22AWG, these assemblies provide a PVC jacket material and are blunt cut on one end. The models have voltage ratings from 30 to 250VDC, current ratings from 1.5 to 4A, and M12 x 1.0 thread pitches. Shielded circular cable assemblies are offered as well as straight or right-angle plugs.
