ADT has launched its new ADT Smart Home Hub – a new touchscreen alarm panel – for its ADT Smart Home system. The latest update is furnished with all the features essential to keep a home safe in the most convenient, stylish and user-friendly way, blending it into your home interiors and lifestyle.

The hub differs from its competitors with various features, bringing ease to home security and has been upgraded considerably since the previous model with new and improved features. The 7” touchscreen panel comprises extra features including Wide-Angle, 120-degree FoV, Fixed-Focus Camera, with Flex-Tilt Adjustment to get a better image of the person who disarms the system. It also arrives with a Bluetooth speaker and the option for a SmartMount IQ Table stand with built-in subwoofer that allows music to be played. Alongside the speaker, the hub provides space for an SD card to change your panel into a digital photo frame, blending seamlessly into your home interiors.

The new product launch arrives after research from the company discovered that almost one in five people (17%) have no security systems to protect their homes and valuables, despite 25% of Britons encountering a break-in during their lifetime, with an average value of £1198.10 stolen.
