MicroPower Direct has released the MSC200LHI SiC MOSFET Driver with an integrated DC-DC converter. The driver is engineered to improve the efficiency and reliability of applications needing high-voltage isolation and precise power control. The driver is ideal for driving SiC MOSFETs, providing the required gate bias with precise control and reliability under varying conditions. This series meets several industrial including EN62368-1 and EN 60950. Also, its robust design and high isolation levels make it ideal for applications needing stringent operational standards.
