Bright touch panel delivers an extended temperature range

Inelco Hunter has announced an extended range of displays, including a large 15.6" HD resolution and a high-brightness touch panel display. The displays have an operating temperature range of -30C to +85C, making them suitable for a wide range of environments, including outdoor use.

The usual features, including high resolution and brightness, are now obtainable in a larger format. This size will make the touch panel ideal for applications needing a larger screen, such as industrial equipment monitors, vending machines, point-of-sale screens and EV charging stations.

Other potential uses necessitating a large, bright touch panel include markets and applications such as automation, transport, smart home control ,medical devices and scientific equipment.

The 15.6" display features an HD resolution 1920 * 3 (RGB) * 1080 Dot screen with a full viewing angle. When in operation, the IPS Transmissive display has an OCR black panel effect, with a high brightness of 500cd/m2.

It also features an LVDS interface, a storage temperature of -30C to +85C, and an impressive lifetime MTBF of 50,000 hours (25C, IF=200mA).
