Seika Machinery, Inc. has launched the Sawa Pneumatic Air-Driven Fully Automatic Stencil Cleaner (SC-SA1). This state-of-the-art device has been created to improve the efficiency and safety of cleaning processes for SMT stencils, printing templates, squeegees, and large-size PCB assemblies.

The cleaner employs compressed air as its sole energy source, eradicating the necessity for electricity and significantly decreasing fire hazards in the workplace. This innovative approach ensures a completely closed-loop cleaning process, stopping any leakage of gas or liquid and contributing to a safer, more environmentally friendly working environment.

Key features of the device include a high-precision three-stage filtration system, which effectively extends the life cycle of the cleaning agent, and an integrated cleaning and air-drying process that ensures optimal cleanliness. The device has a hydraulic gauge on the operation panel to display liquid pressure, providing precise control during the cleaning process.

Built with durability in mind, the device is constructed from 304 stainless steel, which makes it resistant to acids, alkalis, and other cleaning solutions. The entire unit is designed for longevity and ease of maintenance, featuring high-grade parts such as a pneumatic diaphragm pump, pneumatic timer, air source indicator, and pressure-regulating filter, all of which ensure consistent performance and reliability.

The device's one-button operation and advanced design make it easy for users to thoroughly clean and air-dry with minimal effort.
