Reflow stable multiport PCB connectors are available

SV Microwave has launched a new series of two and four-port SMP, SMPM, and SMPS PCB connectors engineered to tolerate the extreme temperatures present in solder reflow ovens. With the capability to withstand temperatures up to 500C, these connectors maintain their internal structures while preserving electrical and mechanical performance even after the solder reflow process.

The connectors are capable of multiple reflow cycles and remain dimensionally stable during solder reflow. The SMPS version offers DC – 50GHz.

Typical applications include Phased Array Systems, Missile Seeker and Guidance Systems, and High-Density Multiport Configurations.
