Connectors offer solution for energy storage applications

Mouser now stocks the new HPC 200A connectors from TE Connectivity. These connectors offer a reliable and safe solution with a one-pole 200A/1500V high-current connector for BESS, solar arrays, wind, hydropower, and other alternative energy system applications.

The connectors feature one-piece moulding contacts that provide excellent temperature rise control capability, providing a safe and reliable solution in a one-pole 200A, 1500V high-current connector.

The connectors integrate an optional high-performance temperature sensor to enable 24-hour system safety monitoring. They also have a smart locking system with a 180° in-line design that provides 360° rotation and 12 angles of 30° locking. The 'Finger-Proof' feature stops error finger touch for safe operations in the field. Quick lock and press-to-release functions allow convenient and fast assembly of large-volume connectors on site.
