Mouser now stocks the MTLT305E dynamic tilt sensor module from ACEINNA. The sensor module delivers high-performance tilt sensing in dynamic moving vehicle applications that demand precision and stability. The sensor delivers calibrated 3D acceleration, 3D rate, and accurate pitch and roll angles for construction and agriculture vehicles. The module is excellent for lift-safe operating angle monitoring, bucket attitude, precision tilt measurements, and mining equipment monitoring.

The device is a single-sensor version of the MTLT335D and the replacement device for the MTLT305D. The new device uses extended Kalman filtering and calibration algorithms to achieve 0.5° tilt accuracy and <10 milli-g acceleration accuracy. The sensor module includes CAN 2.0 (J1939) and RS232 interfaces and is CE-marked RoHS and REACH-compliant.

The MTLT305E's IP67-rated over-moulded enclosure and AmpSeal 16 six-position connector provide protection against dust and water for dependable performance, even in harsh environments. Also, the sensor module is calibrated for accurate operation over a temperature range of -40C to +85C. The compact module, measuring just 65mm x 66mm x 27mm, is ideal for rugged construction, off-road, and agricultural applications. The MTLT305E D sensor module supports a supply voltage range of 9V to 32V and is fully qualified for use in 12V and 24V vehicle platforms.
