Mouser supplies a wide selection of Qorvo Wi-Fi 6/6E (802.11ax) solutions, supplying power-efficient and reliable whole-home coverage for applications such as smart home, IoT, IIoT and more.
Wi-Fi 6/6E provides a clear advantage over earlier Wi-Fi variants, as it uses a higher data rate and simultaneously uses as many channels in the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band as possible. Wi-Fi 6/6E optimises full throughput without increasing energy usage or PCB space by utilising multiple channels concurrently without interfering with each other. The Wi-Fi 6/6E distributed architecture is a key part of Matter, a new protocol and foundation for connected things. Matter strives to combine different Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Thread and Bluetooth components into one overarching standard.
Qorvo's FEMs offer an integrated front-end solution for Wi-Fi 6/6E applications. These devices integrate primary functions, such as power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, switch solutions, filters, power management and device matching in one package.
The QPF7250 FEM covers the 2.4GHz band for customer premises equipment and delivers improved range, capacity and coexistence across all channels. The wideband QPF4730 supplies full-frequency support for Wi-Fi 6/6E smart home and enterprise solutions. This device is also optimised for PoE, enhancing the quality of service, range and throughput. Qorvo edgeBoost filtering technology delivers a unique capability to maximise capacity and range by removing the necessity to decrease output power on any Wi-Fi channels to meet regulatory requirements.
The QPF7551 and QPF7552 integrate the company's unique bandBoost filter technology, enabling consumers to enjoy the speed advantages of mesh home networks broadcasting concurrently on three different channels. Combining a powerful amplifier and filter in one module decreases board size and simplifies the task of Wi-Fi OEM designers in bringing home networking solutions to market faster.
The company's edgeBoost (bandedge) and coexBoost (coexistence) BAW filters, also available from the distributor, improve Wi-Fi quality of service and prevent interference with adjacent LTE frequencies.
