Multi-band GNSS front end for high precision applications

24-03-2023 | Mouser Electronics | Semiconductors

Taoglas TFM.110A Multi-band GNSS Front End, available now from Mouser, covers L1/L2/L5 for multi-band, multi-constellation high-precision applications. The device provides a SAW/LNA/SAW/LNA topology in the signal path, stopping unwanted out-of-band interference from overdriving the GNSS LNAs or receiver.

This GNSS front end captures the needed extra RF circuits in modular form, permitting the user to place the device between the GNSS antenna and the GNSS receiver. The integrated pre-filters provide excellent out-of-band rejection across multiple band configurations and neighbouring interference to properly set noise figures.

This multi-band GNSS front end provides impedance matching, filter efficiency, and low-noise design for easier, drop-in use with any antenna or GNSS receiver.
