Now in stock at Farnell element14, Panasonic’s new NFC tag ICs provide a number of value added connectivity features including high security, high speed near field communication (NFC) and data storage, high radiation resistance using 4kbit Non-Volatile FeRAM technology, and ultra-low-power consumption. The products are compliant with NFC forum standards and support ISO/IEC14443 TypeB & FeliCa RF Interfaces. The tags and evaluation boards support a wide variety of applications including Internet of Things (IoT), energy-harvesting (battery-less operation possible), latest consumer electronics such as wearable devices and audio / visual, home appliances and devices in industrial, medical and healthcare environments.
