STMicroelectronics' STPA003 quad bridge power amplifiers are MOSFET class AB
audio power devices designed for high-power car radio applications. In
addition to outstanding output current capability and distortion
performance, the STPA003 is extremely robust against misconnection. They are
compliant with the most recent OEM specifications for low-voltage operation
(such as 'start-stop' battery profile during engine stop). They include a DC
offset detector and a high side driver or a clipping detector.
