diodes are now stocked by Mouser. The devices employ the latest in epitaxial
construction and advanced processing techniques. The HFA15xB60PbF feature a
compelling combination of characteristics which result in performance
unsurpassed by previous rectifiers. They have basic ratings of 600V and 8A
(HFA15TB60PbF) or 15A (HFA15PB60PbF) continuous current making them
particularly suitable as companion diodes for IGBTs and MOSFETs.
