Taking advantage of extensive acoustic and mechanical design technology and
high performance ceramics, Murata has developed the smallest lightweight
surface-mount piezoelectric sounder family.
Now available from TTI stock, s the tiny sounders meet the requirements of
thin, high-density electronic equipment designs. Measuring just 9mm x 9mm x
1.9mm they are 44% smaller than their predecessors. They offer a low power
consumption of 0.6Mv and their piezo base enables minimum impact on
surrounding circuitry in that they do not generate electrical noise.
Typical applications include remote controls, mobile printers, digital
cameras, and healthcare equipment such as blood glucose meters and
thermometers, etc.
