Tiny DC-DC converter with 3KV isolation suits industrial needs

Now available from Farnell element14, the Recom RBM is a micro-size DC-DC converter in a SIP 6 package aimed at industrial applications such as PCB distributed power systems. It features a combination of small package size, high efficiency, 3kVDC isolation and low output ripple, together with an extended operating temperature range from -40C to +85C. Although the RBM Micro Size DC-DC-Converter is a dual output converter, the full rated power can be taken from a single pin, provided this does not exceed 1W, says the company.
