Farnell element14 now stocks C&K's MDS Series micro-miniature snap-acting
detect switches which offer extended life cycles.
The switches are ideal for medical devices, consumer electronics and within
any application where detecting the presence of a mechanical device is
required. They are available in vertical or right-angle PCB-mount styles
and feature extended mechanical and electrical life cycles (10,000
operations).
The switch features a long total travel of 2.9mm. Contact rating is 0.3A at
6VDC, with a contact resistance of 200mohm.
