An extensive line up of Toshiba power MOSFETs for various automotive
applications, including 48V battery systems, is now available from TTI
Europe.
The combination of low ON-resistance and advanced package technology makes
the power MOSFETs ideal for reducing system losses, thereby contributing to
energy-saving in automotive applications.
The offering includes the mid- to high-voltage DTMOS Series with a VDSS of
600V, the low-voltage U-MOS Series with a VDSS of 12V to 250V and other
power MOSFETs for various automotive applications.
