The Yageo AT Series chip resistor is now available from TTI Europe. The
AEC-Q200 qualified resistor offers superior anti-sulphur capability and a
robust product design for high-temperature and high-humidity resistance,
higher pulse load performance and it is developed to meet the market demand
for stability, high precision and accuracy for electronic circuit design.
The AT series was built on Yageo’s advanced lithography and sputtering
technology to enhance resistance tolerance and temperature coefficient
characteristics. The robust product is designed for use in harsh
environments, with high temperature and high humidity resistance (85°C; 85%
RH), and an operating temperature range of -55C to +155C.
Other than being AEC-Q200 qualified, the AT series chip resistor provides
quality assurance through 100% AOI to eliminate early failures before final
testing at taping/sealing. The AT series covers case sizes ranging from 0402
to 1206, with a narrow tolerance of ±0.1%, ±0.25%, ±0.5% and ±1%. The
resistance range is from 10ohm to 1Mohm, and it features excellent pulse
load performance and low TCR of ±25 and ±50 ppm/C, says the company.
