Farnell element14 now stocks EBM-Papst's axial fans which are available in a
wide choice of models, dimensions and air performance levels offering
optimum efficiency and noise level due to well-engineered aerodynamic design
of the fan blades.
They feature high-efficiency, energy saving designs in GreenTech EC
technology with standardised integration of control functions and sensor
signals. Available accessories include guard grilles, basket guard grilles
and wall rings.
The axial fan is dynamically balanced in two planes to DIN ISO 1940 and
meets numerous approvals, including VDE, UL, CSA, CE and GOST. Typical
applications include ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration
technology, the automotive industry, wind power, mechanical engineering and
finishing equipment.
EBM-Papst's Q-motors are suitable for pellet ovens, vending machines,
compressor cooling systems, underfloor convector heaters, refrigerated
display cases, general condenser applications such as bottle coolers and
Industrial systems (air cooling and air handling).
The speed controller provides a simple solution to speed controlling single
or multiple fans. It has a manual dial which can change the fan speed from a
minimum setting (factory set to approx 20%) to 100%. It has a 230V 50Hz
single phase AC input with current rating options of 1, 3, 5 and 7 amps plus
an internal preset for minimum speed.
