Designed to house printed circuit boards or equipment while dissipating
heat, Hammond's 1455NHD Series extruded aluminium enclosures are now
available from Farnell element14. They can easily be mounted to walls or
shelves with two removable flanges and are sized for 100mm wide Eurocard
PCBs.
The enclosures consist of a two-piece body, with an easily removable belly
plate for easy access to the top interior of the enclosure. Users can
choose between a clear or black anodised finish for the extruded body and
aluminium endplates. Eight assembly screws are included, which are either
clear or black to match the enclosure panels and body.
