Designed to cope with the increasing demands of evolving electronics designs, Keysight's E36100 Series programmable DC power supplies are now available from Farnell element14. They are engineered to power users' designs safely and quietly during manual tests or automated sequences. The compact form factor, quarter-rack width and 2U height, lets the user save space on the bench, while the high-contrast OLED display is easily viewable(from an angle. Manual tasks can be performed quickly with the intuitive on-screen menu system. Remote control facilities feature strongly on the E36100, with standard USB and LAN (LXI Core) connectivity. A built-in Web UI, Keysight IO Libraries and BenchVue are available to control the power supplies, which are programmable with SCPI or IVI. Users can speed through your tests with fast up/down voltage programming and command processing speed. The device under test (DUT) is also kept safe with over-voltage and over-current protection. The DUT can be powered with confidence through high accuracy in programming and read-back. Low-power devices can also be characterised over wide ranges using low-range current read-back, says the company.
