AEC-Q200 current-sense chip resistor portfolio expands

12-07-2016 | Stackpole | Passives

Stackpole Electronics has announced that the 0805 and 2512 package sizes of its CSRF series current sense chip resistors are now qualified to AEC-Q200. The CSRF utilizes a foil-on-ceramic carrier technology that is impervious to sulphur and offers low resistance values, good TCR, and the ability to achieve small sizes. Foil on ceramic technology also provides robust electrical and environmental performance necessary for passing the rigorous AEC-Q200 battery of tests. Other AEC-qualified sizes for the CSRF include the 0402, 0603, and 1206. Many popular sizes and resistance values are in stock through Stackpole and its distribution partners, says the company.
