Stocked by Farnell element14, Linear Technology’s groundbreaking LT6657 series is designed for the most demanding high-performance instrumentation, automotive systems and test equipment. Fully specified for –40C to 125C, the device’s buffered output can source and sink up to 10mA, operating on a supply voltage from as low as 50mV above the output, up to 40V and with a supply current of just 1.2mA.
Power consumption in shutdown mode is reduced to 4µA, while load regulation error is less than 6ppm/mA under worst-case conditions and line regulation error less than 4ppm/V.
Offering outstanding precision and noise, low dropout, small and adaptable voltage reference option with enough precision for the next generation of ultra-precision electronics, the series sets a new high watermark for bandgap references.
