The AD7768/AD7768-4 are 8-channel and 4-channel, simultaneous sampling sigma-delta ADCs, respectively, with a S-? modulator and digital filter per channel, enabling synchronised sampling of AC and DC signals.
The specified operating temperature range is -40C to +105C. The device is housed in a 10mm × 10mm 64-lead LQFP package with a 12mm × 12mm PCB footprint.
