Metal pushbutton switches feature LED illumination for high visibility

Available from Farnell element14 , the Multicomp series of metal pushbutton switches feature LED illumination for high visibility, with a high quality stainless steel body and actuator for robust construction and a long mechanical life. These devices are designed to offer 50,000 make and break cycles at full load, with a mechanical life momentary 1,000,000. Insulation resistance is measured at 1,000Mohm min at 500VDC, with dielectric strength of 2,000V RMS @ sea level and contact resistance of 50mohm MAX.@1A 12VDC (initial value). Switches from the multicomp metal pushbutton series have an operating temperature range of -20C to +55C, torque of 5~14Nm, are fully RoHS complaint and carry an IP67/IK10 rating for Ingress Protection. Typical uses include a wide range of industrial, medical and communication applications.
