Tumbler Technologies + TRUMPower have introduced the industrial-grade TIPC500P 500W ATX PC power supply. Key features include dual +12V rails, 0C to 50C operating temperature, and up to 5,000 metres operating altitude. The unit also meets 80PLUS platinum efficiency level.
The TIPC500P is approved to UL/IEC/EN 60950-1 2nd edition standards and complies with EMI/EMC standards, including FCC and CISPR 22 Class B conducted, FCC and EN 55022 Class B radiated. The unit has an MTBF > 150,000 hours at full load and 25C ambient, calculated per MIL-HDBK-217F. Earth leakage current is 350µA maximum at 264VAC, 50Hz. With its 90-264VAC universal input and active PFC, the power supply also meets EN 61000-3-2 standards.
The power supply consists of DC voltage outputs and maximum loads of +3.3V/24A, +5V/20A, dual +12V/18A, -12V/0.5A, +5Vsb/3A, and optional -5V/0.2A output. The maximum overall output is 500W, with +3.3V and +5V providing a maximum power of 120W. Measuring 140mm x 150mm x 86mm, the unit includes a standard output cable-set that can meet the requirements of most applications. Customized cable-set can be accommodated on request.
The TIPC500P is equipped with an internal 12V DC fan and remote on/off function. Additional features include short-circuit, over-voltage and over-current protections, and low ripple and noise.
