Dismantling tool’s ergonomic pistol grip design makes for easy cutting and stripping

In stock at Farnell element14, the Knipex ErgoStrip universal dismantling tool is used for the fast and precise dismantling and stripping of all common round and damp-proof installation cables (e.g. NYM cable 3mm x 1.5mm² up to 5mm x 2.5mm²), data cable (e.g. twisted pair) and coax cable. The innovative, ergonomic pistol grip design makes for easy cutting, stripping and longitudinal cut of the sheath. The conical, slimmed down tool ends give better access in confined areas. The stripping device gives cross-sections of 0.2 / 0.3 / 0.8 / 1.5 / 2.5 / 4mm². The tool has simplified insertion of single wires for stripping using location ridges making easy insertion of coax and data cable thanks to opening aid. The multi-component design has a soft plastic zone for comfortable use and a secure grip. The housing is made from stable glass fibre reinforced plastic.
