OKW has unveiled new IP65 silicone sealing kits for its NET-BOX wall-mount enclosures. The seals’ pre-moulded contours make them easier to fit than traditional round cord versions - speeding up installation times. The NET-BOX enclosure is suitable for a wide range of applications such as control units, building management, data acquisition, data systems engineering, measurement, supervision terminals with access control, medical and wellness technology. The stylish NET-BOX’s smart three-part construction means no screws are visible on the front. Anti-tamper Torx T10 screws are supplied as standard. Cables and connectors are conveniently concealed under the lid. The three-point wall mounting system ensures there is no need to open the main electronics section. Only the front lid has to be refitted after installation. The bottom section features screw pillars for mounting PCBs. NET-BOX is available in three sizes - from 140mm x 140mm x 46.5mm to 220mm x 220mm x 50.5mm, offering adequate space for PCBs and interfaces. Cases are moulded from high-quality light grey (RAL 7035) ASA+PC-FR (UL 94 V-0) for enhanced UV stability. Accessories include in-fill covers (lava grey), transparent rubber feet for desktop use and a Torx T10 screwdriver. The NET-BOX can be customised with bespoke colours, EMC shielding, CNC machining, lacquering, printing of logos and legends, adhesive foils, plastic and aluminium panels, installation and assembly.
