The TBS2104 from Tektronix is a TBS2000 series digital storage oscilloscope with 100MHz bandwidth and 2 analogue channels. It is available now from Farnell element14. This oscilloscope captures and displays significantly more signal to help to evaluate designs faster with 9inch WVGA display, 20 million point record length and 1GS/s sample rate. It easily and confidently analyzes signals with new on-waveform cursor readouts and 32 automated measurements each with informative tips.
The TekVPI probe interface works with traditional BNC connections but also enables wide application coverage with latest active voltage probes and current probes. Fully compatible with TekSmartLab lab management software for education. The device is designed for easy operation and quick hands-on learning. Complies with UL61010-1:2004, CAN/CSA-C22.2 number, 61010.1: 2004; EN61010-1:2001, low voltage directive 2004/108/EC for product safety. It has 9inch (228mm) wide format liquid crystal TFT colour display.
