The EPIC-KBS7 Board from AAEON, available from RDS, is ideally suited for image based applications. The highly integrated board is based on the 6th/7th Generation Intel Core i-Series processor and is equipped with four USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 interfaces, making it particularly suitable for machine vision applications.
This versatile board has a DDR (non-ECC) SODIMM memory, operating at 2133MHz and offers up to 16GB memory capacity.
Display options include a basic VGA/HDMI/LVDS display for use with a mini server. The compact board measures 115mm x 165mm and operates from a 12V or 9V-24V supply.
There are several I/O options to suit the required application, including COM x 4, configured as COM x 2 and RS232/422/485, SATA Gen3 x2, 8 x GPIO and HAD. There is also an expansion slot for a Mini-card and Micro SIM. Two LAN ports are also included for network expansion.
The board is supplied with a SATA cable, SATA power cable, jumper cap and informational DVD.
