New EMC filter for single phase applications offers DC approval

The single-phase EMC filter portfolio of Schaffner is extended by additional high-performance versions of the FN 2070 filter family. The new high-performance filters extend the standard variants of the FN 2070 series and are produced to meet the highest performance requirements for single phase filters. The company's FN 2070 filters met the requirements of IEC60939-3 and UL1283 and are certified for DC operation in addition to the existing AC (50Hz) certification. All models are compatible with the RoHS Directive. The new products were produced to fit the existing housing sizes for the convenience of existing users.
