LED Arrays provides high lumen output and high efficacy

The XLamp CXA2530 LED array, from Cree and available from RS COMPONENTS, delivers high lumen output and high efficacy inside a single package, highlighting a 19mm optical source. The simple, easy-to-use platform provides high performance and reliability from a uniform emitting surface, allowing directional and non-directional lighting applications. The multiple die array is available in two-step and four-step colour consistency and can produce 2000 to 5000 lumens in system-level performance, therefore ideal for applications that traditionally use halogen, ceramic metal halide and compact fluorescent technology.
