OKW’s SMART-TERMINAL and SYNERGY aluminium enclosures are now offered in custom sizes. Electronics engineers can select these designer housings modified to the exact length/height to fit the PCBs and electronic components being fitted inside.
The enclosures are created for a broad range of applications including peripherals, measurement and control, Smart factory, Industry 4.0, medical equipment, building services, IoT/IIoT and high-end home automation.
These enclosures blend extruded aluminium profiles with high-grade plastics to produce ultra-modern aesthetics.
The SMART-TERMINAL can be ordered in custom lengths to suit large volume touchscreens, displays and PCBs. The enclosure can be employed for desktop, handheld and wall-mounted applications.
The SYNERGY can be selected in custom heights in 5mm increments to accommodate customers’ PCBs and electronics. The enclosure provides a fast-connect system based around four internal assembly pillars which snap together. There are no visible fixing screws.
Accessories for SMART-TERMINAL incorporate a case canting kit, wall suspension element, PCB mounting nuts and anti-slide feet. SYNERGY accessories comprise wall suspension elements, battery compartments (AA x 3, AA x 4) and button cell holders.
