New vehicle tracking system delivers high levels of positioning accuracy

U-blox and Arvento Mobile Systems have announced the imminent launch of the brand new imt.x1 vehicle tracking system.

Arvento’s system is highly differentiated from other vehicle tracking devices available, due to its six-axis Gyro sensor which can sense three-dimensional movement created by emergency acceleration, panic braking and directional yaw and drift. With connectivity options incorporating dual CANBus and Bluetooth, the system is additionally eCall compatible and captures and offers data for accident analysis and other vehicle tracking functions. The system also employs the next generation powerful Arm-based microcontroller.
