The HMV RK Series is the newest member of the mini high voltage DC to DC converter families. The device is available now from Luso Electronics. It is simple to use and needs no external components, saving space. It provides exceptional load and line regulation, with its low quiescent current and factory-installed copper adhesive shield, and operating noise is decreased to a minimum. The device is widely used in a diversity of industries including defence, aerospace, scientific, analytical, and bio-medical fields.

These miniature single-output, fully regulated DC to DC converters deliver up to 5kV @1W in 0.77 cubic inches (1.4" L x 1.1" W x 0.5" H).

A high impedance programming input makes it very straightforward to manage, removing the requirement for a low impedance adjustable power source voltage.
