OKW offers the EASYTEC, a new series of flanged plastic enclosures for modern sensor electronics. The enclosure can be mounted swiftly and easily on poles, pipes or flat surfaces.
The enclosure is robust and IP-rated and designed to survive industrial environments, either indoors or outdoors. Targeted applications include IoT/IIoT, sensor systems, IT, control, environmental, security and monitoring, medical and laboratory technology.
The enclosures offer a high degree of stability. The flat base has a curved recess that enables the enclosure to be easily mounted on poles. Integrated mounting flanges provide holes for panhead screws and apertures for using cable ties. The top section is soft contoured for optimum ergonomics.
Internal screw pillars in the base and top mean each enclosure can hold two PCBs. The housings are constructed using tamperproof stainless steel Torx screws – excellent for medical electronics.
The enclosures are available in two plan sizes (80 and 100) and two heights providing a range of four sizes from 101mm x 50mm x 22mm to 121mm x 62mm x 31mm. They are moulded from UV-stable ASA+PC-FR for indoor and outdoor use. The standard colour is off-white (RAL 9002).
