The DLP2010 digital micromirror device is a digitally controlled micro-opto-electromechanical system spatial light modulator. When linked to an appropriate optical system, this DMD can display images, video, and patterns. The device is part of the chipset that is comprised of the DLP2010 DMD, DLPC3430 or DLPC3435 or DLPC3470 controller and DLPA2000 PMIC and LED driver. The compact physical size of this device can be employed in portable equipment where small form factor and low power is essential. The compact package complements the small size of the LEDs for space-constrained light engines.
The ecosystem comprises established resources to assist the user in accelerating the design cycle, which includes production-ready optical modules, optical modules manufactures, and design houses.
